Indiestack is a music and artist tracking platform designed for independent record labels and A&R professionals. The Service provides tools for discovering, tracking, and managing artist data, playlists, and related analytics.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

By providing your phone number and opting in to text message alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Indiestack related to your account, including verification codes, alerts, and service notifications.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Indiestack and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indiestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
