By accessing or using Indiestack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Indiestack is a music and artist tracking platform designed for independent record labels and A&R professionals. The Service provides tools for discovering, tracking, and managing artist data, playlists, and related analytics.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means without authorization
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Indiestack a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. Indiestack does not claim ownership over your data, reports, or imported content.

By providing your phone number and opting in to text message alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Indiestack related to your account, including verification codes, alerts, and service notifications.

• Carriers supported: Compatible with all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. Phone number verification is optional.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Indiestack and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indiestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
